With more details finally emerging after the tragic loss of Lee Alexander McQueen, a coroner report tells that the designer had numerous drugs in his system.

According to the documents, the London coroner found "a significant level of cocaine, sleeping pills, and tranquilizers in the blood samples" at the time of McQueen's passing in February.

His tragic death rocked the fashion world last week, and now it has been confirmed that Alexander McQueen took his own life by hanging himself.

The British designer was found in his London apartment along with a suicide note. He was 40 years old.
