Aaron Paul Kicks Off “Saturday Night Live” Season Premiere as Jesse Pinkman: Watch Here!
Given the much-anticipated “Breaking Bad” series finale on deck, “Saturday Night Live” embraced the hype by inviting Aaron Paul to be a part of their Season Premiere.
The Jesse Pinkman actor appeared during the show’s cold open as Jay Pharoah gave a President Obama speech defending Obamacare, and it was hilarious.
Calling himself “Jesse from New Mexico,” Paul explained, “I had this friend and he got sick. Like, cancer sick. But because there wasn’t Obamcare, he couldn’t afford treatments. So he was like, backed into a corner.”
He continued, “So, he did what any of us would have done. He started cooking meth. And soon it wasn’t just meth. It was murder. And not regular murder. Like -- he blew half a guy’s face off.”
Pharoah added, “And keep in mind -- this man was a teacher with a family,” though as the speech progressed, he nervously suggested, “I think we can wrap this up.”
